Return and Exchange Policy
Didn’t work out? It’s ok! We’ll happily accept merchandise back within 30 days from the purchase date provided the following conditions are satisfied.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for domestic and international orders
Original tags must remain attached
Item(s) must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn.
SALE, Made-to-Order (MTO), and shortening service items are non-refundable and Hatha do not accept exchange or return on those items. This applies to both Australian and International orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGES PROCEDURES, step by step:
Australia and Worldwide clients please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please send us an email with the following information:
- Order Number
- Your name
- Reason for returning
- Details of the returned item
- The new item you would like in exchange or if you would like a refund/credit
IMPORTANT RETURN NOTES
Once your package is received by us your exchange or refund will be processed immediately. If you want an exchange the postage back to you via registered post is FREE.
Please check the website for product availability to avoid disappointments.
Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account which was used to purchase your items. Refunds are given on full priced garments only and exclude any shipping charges incurred by the customer on the original order or the return. Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds.
Please note Hatha cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep the tracking number safe! If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are sent to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
Once the item has been received it will undergo a quality review and we will contact you to advise the outcome. Any product that arrives in a defective condition can be exchanged or returned for a refund. Hatha will cover any postage/shipping expenses.
Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account which was used to purchase your Hatha Clothing items. Once your refund has been issued, funds will show up on your bank statement within approx. 3-4 business days.
