Corporate yoga

Occupational overloads lead to loss of performance.
Cumulative fatigue and stress may develop into job related health disorders and disabilities.
We work with companies and independent professionals to harmonise and consolidate their stuff.

We offer
Yoga classes that take 45 to 60 minutes.

- Morning classes designed to totally awaken the body, increase concentration on current tasks.
- Lunch time classes help to eliminate the fatigue and boost the energy level.
- After work yoga sessions release tension caused by work stress and tune for relaxed and enjoyable vacant time.

All our classes differ in the rhythm and selection of postures due to the prior activity of participants. However, all sessions designed to increase engagement, productivity and satisfaction.

You need
A quiet and clean multi-purpose space at your premises big enough for your group - at least 2 to 2.5 square metres per person attending.

Frequency
Two classes a week work best. Though, regular yoga practice once a week gives the evident result manifesting in ability to better manage workplace stress and higher efficiency.

Availability
As we are only two persons here at Hatha Yoga Space, the time we can service you is limited.
At that, we are willing to develop a long-term cooperation.
