We would like to support your progress with individual training program designed in accordance with your unique needs. This type of guidance was traditionally applied in Yoga mastering and therapy.
We’ve been asked “what can I practice on my own?”. That’s a very promising question! Our classes designed to cure usual body and mind imperfections and develop common human abilities. Though, dedicated and correct individual Yoga practice can discover one’s hidden abilities awakening snoozing features of your unique nature. That concealed potential is able to juice up your life with undiscovered prospectives you was born to enjoy.
On the other hand, particular physical limitations may prevent you benefiting from relatively simple postures. Individual training program is the best solution to eliminate those disappointing body specifics. There are no doubts, Individual Program is to be a perfect addition to your practice in the group!
You get:
Individual Program for independent Yoga practice
Mastering of your program includes a preliminary 1-on-1 assessment featured with questioning and range of movement test. The program is made accordingly to your current body condition, purposes and circustances. You will receive a comprehensive Individual Program for practising yoga on your own with a focus on your personal targets. Detailed training routine defines personalised sets of postures (asanas), execution conditions and weekly schedule.
Mastering of the individual program is rated same as our 10 class pass of $120
Optionally, you can take a following adjusting 1-on-1 session valued $65.
This option is not always necessary though usually is highly recommended.
